Dropped my Iphone and shattered front glass

Hi,

Just droppend my iphone 3gs. Front screen is all shattered/broken. But the touch screen works and I am able to use all the apps. Iphone works fine. How to replace the glass? I am trying to do it myself to save some money, but not sure who is selling genuine parts. Btw, I couldnt find any complete video on youtube to show how to fix this from start to finish. Please help.

I found this video, but its incomplete. Someone please help! Where to buy genuine not so expensive screen and the repair kit and exactly what do I need? I am confused. Do I need just the front glass or toych panel, digitizer glasstop or something else? If anyone knows any good complete video like the one I mentioned here please let me know. Thanks a lot!

If the LCD is still good then just replace the screen.
You can take the LCD and screen apart and put in a new screen.

eBay or amazon has some good deals.
You can buy some with the tools or separately.
