download video failed

Hello guys, I’m trying to export/download a video from onedrive/dropbox but it can’t be done (on the iphone and on the ipad). Video is .mp4 format and weights only 514KB. It says: Sorry this type of video cannot be saved to this device (and iphone and ipad) :/ ???

How was the video uploaded to onedrive or Dropbox?

Try to login in safari to OneDrive and save video to my files

Try to open it

Other solution is to upload to Vimeo /YouTube and watch it online

Try Dropbox as well or google drive
