Do and How do you clean your iPhone/Case?

I saw a thread on this, but no poll.
I wanted to know how many of you clean your iPhone and how you do it.

I have had mine just a few weeks. I have the Otterbox Defender which comes with a screen shield.
I thought all I need to do is simply use a microfiber cloth and rub back and fourth (with the phone in the case) 1X ever 1-2 weeks.

Is this ok?
What do you all do?
Do you do a dry clean or use liquid?
Is it really neccessary with 4S to clean the camera lense and take the phone out of the case to clean?

I was planning on never taking the phone out of the case for the 2-3 years I have it and thought this method I do was fine.

I subscribe to Men's Health magazine via iPhone and they had an article today on this very subject. They suggest using an antibacterial wipe on the screen and body at least once a week as it harbors various bacteria including ecoli etc. Good to know!
