Dictation in iPhone 4

I heared that siri doesn't work with iPhone 4 for now; but what about voice dictation???
If you've seen Google Translate app, it has a feature that you can tell your word or sentence and it will detect and translate it for you. Well, maybe we could have this feature on the iOS!!
For example for send an email, we can tell our text or sentence and it will be writen...
What do you think about it???

I used it and thought it was a garbage app if I'm honest. Didn't understand a word I was saying so deleted it after a week of trying, I say trying in fact "screaming"
