Hi I'm new to this but I'm hoping someone can help me, I have my iphone4 since June no contract bought outright, only today have I started getting a msg constantly coming up on my screen saying this accessory us not compatible with your phone or well it's something like that, I've never had it in a docking station and only the charger has every been connected to it, please can someone help it's so annoying plus my sound goes too but when someone rings me does it work, I have no idea what has caused this or how to fix it

Hello Linda and welcome!

This is the first time I am hearing of such a problem especially when you do not use any devices, it could be that your phones bluetooth is trying to connect to close by devices.. is your bluetooth on? if it is try turning it off and see if that helps
