MacRumors reports that Deutsche Telekom (T-Mobile’s parent company) has told Bloomberg that from today it has started to offer what it calls “Premieren Tickets” for the iPhone 5, which basically means that the German carrier’s customers can reserve the next iPhone, even though Apple hasn’t even confirmed it yet that there actually is a next iPhone! According to a spokesman for the company, Deutsche Telekom will today begin giving coupons for those customers who specifically ask for the next iPhone, even though it doesn’t have an official name yet. As MacRumors notes, this comes hot on the heels of lots of various news stories that appeared over the weekend all about how Best Buy, in particular, is getting ready for the launch of the next iPhone. All we’re waiting for now is for Apple to actually tell us the actual official news. I bet they are loving this!
