Deleting photos from my PC that I transferred from iphone 6

I have tried to delete photos from my PC that I transferred from my iphone 6 but I get a message that says I do not have permission to delete them. how do I get permission?

Where on your PC are the photos stored? If it is in My Pictures (the Windows default) you go into Computer, pictures, and delete from there.

When I connect my iphone 6 to PC, I go to computer, Apple iphone, and click on DCIM to see photos. That is where I can't delete photos. Please note that I am almost completely Iphone/computer 'challenged'.

Go to your computer, click on the computer icon. Go to Pictures. Depending on your version of Windows, this could be My Computer and My Pictures. There you will find Windows place to store your pictures.

Reboot your computer, then it should be able to delete
