Deleted e-Mail account

Hi.

I got a IPhone 5s to my son. But the guy I got it from don't have the password to the e-Mail account because it is deleted (it is connected up to AppStore and ITunes and all that).. and he don't remember anything.
So what can I do to connect another email-account with the iPhone?

It looks like this iPhone is still connected to an iCloud account. That means it's locked by Activation Lock, and there's no way to get around this.

The iPhone has to be removed from the iCloud account, if you wish to use it. Otherwise it's nothing else but a beautiful brick.

Here's what the previous owner (the one with the Apple ID/iCloud ID) has to do:
