date not changing in lockscreen since date light savings

like the title says, the date on my lockscreen does not change until i turn off the phone and turn it back on. this started happening ever since day light savings time. anyone have any ideas?

bump anyone? manually changing the date does NOT change the lockscreen date either (dont know if it suppose to be like this). i have to turn off and turn back on for changes to take effect. its pissing me off!!!
