I am trying to update my iphone it keeps saying operation timed out,have deleted itunes ,cant update i have tried restore wont restore,i have cydia installed thinking that might be the problem any thoughts?

It's definitely no cydia. Something has to be wrong with your pc.

I had a similar issue and I end up shutting down my antivirus and firewall then I was able to do so.
