Cydia question

New IP4 with 4.2.1
Used redsnow jailbreak and everytime Im going to install something on cydia it feels the need to uninstall installous 4. It won't matter what app it is, it's gotta uninstall installous 4.
Is there a way to fix this? any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance
