I have read about saving my SHSH blob and I can do this via Cydia by ticking 'make my life easier'

Where in Cydia is this for me to tick it?

You can get it done using another way. Download tyniumbrella to your computer and save your shsh blob to yoir computer. I've never dond it before but i've read that it's doable. Google about that to find out.
