I have an 11 Pro Max and for the first time in all my years of owning iPhones I was using one of my notes and something happened and 100 out of 102 notes disappeared. I have absolutely no idea where they went. They were not in the recently deleted folder but just gone. I relented and had no choice but to do a restore from iCloud. I did that and thankfully they all came back, but then I had the task of deleting over 5000 already deleted emails going back years. I was sure iCloud only saved emails currently on my phone at the time of backup but no it saves all emails even deleted ones. There has to be a better way than this? It took hours to delete them all again.
