Craigslist cPRO APP with IPhone 4s Not Getting Notifications

I just bought the cPRO app for my iPhone 4s and trying to get the search agent notifications to work without any success. I re-booted phone, turned on CL notifications, reset network, cleared filters, tried a few different searches - and get zero results in the search agent and no notifications - what do I try next?
