Couple newb questions

Hey guys . Finally setting up my new 4s and had a couple of questions. First is there a faster way to access the Bluetooth menu than going through settings? 2nd quick question: is there a way to change the alert settings for a calendar reminder? I've seen no vibrations and it just two tiny beeps. If not, does anyone know of a better calendar app? TIA.

2.Yes, your alert should vibrate if you have vibrate on in settings
3.Yes, miCal. It's an excellent calendar app and it's worth the $2.99 it costs.
