Never saw those apps but that doesn't mean they don't exist. Maybe only on jailbroken phones as Apple is very strict and protective of what they allow on their products.

i haven't use any of Apple products and this video is 8 months old i thought you would recognize these apps in a sec i hope someone knows some of them i really want them on my i phone 4 as soon as i get it

This is all done with a jailbreak. Once it is released you can decide if it's worth it for you.

Yes, can't get apps in Cydia until it's jailbroken.
