I don’t know how, but my I phone clock was transferred into a “Utilities” folder. How do I remove it from the folder, to its original clock icon?

Thanks

Tap and hold until the icon starts to wiggle, then drag it out of the folder.

That worked to remove the Calendar, but does not work for the Clock. Now my calendar is gone. I don’t even know how they were combined in a Utilities folder to begin with???

Thanks

It’s possible that this happened after an update.
The Calendar app should be somewhere on one of your homescreens. I hope you didn’t tap the small x icone when they started wiggling. That would remove them from your device.
It should be possible to move the Clock app out of the folder the way I’ve described it.

No updates were applied and the Calendar app has vanished???

I still cannot remove theClock icon from the folder?

Thanks

Use Spotlight Search to find the Calendar app.

Drag the Clock icon out of the folder, and to a different homescreen. That done, it’s possible to move it to the right homescreen or the dock.

Which software (iOS) is installed on your iPhone?

IOS 11.2 software. I had to download clock from App Store.

Thanks

Interesting. The built in Clock app is one of those Apple apps that can‘t be removed, so it‘s also impossible to redownload it.

I‘m glad you found a solution.
