Case Mate Product Compatability

Hey guys! New to the forums, hope you can help. I am going to be getting the Verizon iPhone 4 on Friday, and just received my case for the phone. The case is a Red Case Mate Pop! case and I also ordered the iPhone 4 Clear Armor also from case mate. I wanted to use the Clear Armor with the Pop! case so I ordered them both. But now, i'm wondering if it will really work. Case Mate says it can "scratch the clear armor" and other time says it will "scratch the phone". Can someone help me here? Maybe clarify? Maybe someone has done it?

If these cases slide on from each end, there have been cases, where some dust or grit has gotten inside the case, or on the iPhone rear glass, and when the case slides together, it causes a scratch on the glass back of the iPhone 4. This scratch can weaken the glass and cause it to crack or shatter.

The reason i got the case was for shock absorption, and the slear armor for the scratching. I just hope it works. I do t wantto waste the clear armor if it wont.
