Car Adapter for iPhone4

Can someone tell me or lead me down the right path here to determine the best car adapter that is available for the iPhone4 for charging and tuning into my iPod???

I have an AC/DC converter that plugs into my cigarette lighter. I can plug my iPhone into it or my laptop.

Checkout www.iCarKits.com - The experts in iPod and iPhone car integration. I've bought several adapter over the years from them for multiple vehicles. I got one for my Nissan last week, and it works with the iPhone 5 with the lightning cable! They are the first ones I've seen with that capability. It gave me charging, control of the phone using the radios buttons and steering wheel control and text display to the radio. I ended up spending about $250 for something the factory would of charged me $1,000 for! ps, they even gave me a discount for filling out a survey or something...
