cant find things on cydia

I've got a U.S iphone 4 jailbroken on 4.1 with 1.59 bb. When i try and search on cydia a lot of the time it dosen't find what i'm looking for.
e.g frash, and so on. Any clues as to what i need to do?

I find the search in cydia to be very picky.... Everything must be spelt just right.

Thanks for the pm danny boy, was just asking for some help in searching on cydia. i found that I can add more repo's to widen the search.
