I don't know if its in Cydia but i was given the file on another forum, its basically a saved game with Akuma already unlocked..

now you can do it the normal way which is if you fight some one online 100 times or if you complete the game (Kill Akuma) with every character on the game and it has to be on medium or hard level you cant do it on easy..

https://rapidshare.com/files/1872636203/dumcnt.dat < use that link and then use an app like iphone explorer and SSH into your phone (you dont need to be jailbroken to use that app) or SSH with openSSH and navigate to the street fighter folder/Documents and replace the file with the one there and make sure that street fighter is not open or in the background while you do this
