Call problem: the other people cannot hear me

I bought Apple iphone 4 in 2011 April, this year call other people can't hear in February. then send the 4 s store upgrades, fault still discontinuity exists, and then repair 3 times, transmitter also changed, every time can maintain a week, then appeared again and again.​

Any advice? if still cannot solve, I will replacement cell phones, never buy apple products!!!!!​

Do you remember if your phone was ever damaged in any way, got wet, anything? Perhaps if you bought the extended warranty, you may get a replacement!
