Calendar App

Here's what I need,will someone please tell me if it exists.
A calendar that multiple people/employees (that I allow) can view, and make requests for time off (which I can either approve or disapprove)
The ability to view dates that others have selected and received approval to have off
Operates on both iPhone/ipad/Mac and Android (I think that's what they have)

If this type of calendar exists PLEASE let me know. Thanks

There are many available. Check out Google Shared Calendar as it is web based.

Been using google cal since it came out, amazing product that has made my life so much easier
Now if I can just remember to add everything
