Broken Connector Wire

While replacing my broken screen, I accidentally broke one of the connector wires. Is this repairable, or will I need to replace it?

Actually I ordered a new wire. I was trying to replace the screen when the wire broke.

Is this wire soldered to the display or the logic board?
