Boot animation for ios 6

[mach1man]

Has anyone got the boot animations to work on iOS 6 ? I'd like to change the boot logo to something other than the apple logo but I'm afraid that it would send it into boot loop

I haven't been able to get them to work yet.

Thanks. I figured it would be a while before they are ready to work

Has anyone tried to change the boot logo yet?

Changing the boot logo to a static logo, yes. To an animated logo, nope.

[mach1man]

I know this may sound dumb but where or how can I tell if its static

[willerz2]

Static = non-moving, like the default logo. Just a still logo.

Thanks.

Well Animate is having a few bugs. AnimateAll seems okay I guess. My friend uses it on his iPad on iOS 6.1.2.

Yea it's hard to find static logos lol. If I install an animated logo and it doesn't work right what would happen

[willerz2]

Well 2 things. You'd either be stuck in recovery mode, or the default Apple logo will appear as if you didn't theme the logo. If anything, safe mode will fix the issue.

Ok so either way it'll load up so I can remove it through cydia.

Correct.

There is a tweak to fix the boot logo issue. It's called animate fix for iOS.
