Do you have AdBlocker installed from Cydia?

I do. I check for safari on the blocked list but could not find the app? Any ideas

Yeah, just disable AdBlock with the SBSettings toggle. If you don't have SBSettings or ISX, you should get them.....toggles are very useful.

This happens with me too. When I see a web page won't open, I quit Safari, toggle off AdBlock, then open Safari again, and it works.
