Best Calendar App?

Hello everyone; First of all I DID do a search, and came up with 4 pages of threads, none of which answered my question.
I need a calendar app that lets me repeat events, not by the date, but by the time of month, (such as The first Thursday of the month, 2nd Tuesday of the month etc.)
Is there such a calendar app? I am jailbroken and can get Cydia apps, but I prefer the Apple store.

Tom, I'm using PocketLife, and it syncs with my Google Calendars, which is a prerequisite for me. It's free, though I don't mind paying for the one that suits my needs. With Google Calendars, you can set those recurrences in the fashion you want, and it syncs accordingly.

On my Android, I had Business Calendar, and would like an app just like that for my iPhone. CalenGoo and Calendars seem to be my top ranked contenders.

Cozi is a great calendar app

We've been using Cozi for a few months now. I have to say... for a free calander/scheduling app it's pretty amazing!!
