Backup whatsaap not finished

Hi! I'm trying to backup whatsapp messages from my iphone 6 s plus and the backup stops at 55% and doesn't finish!
I want to restore my whatsapp messages in it but it doesn't work, i done try use backup by iPhone & ICloud still same..Can someone help me? Is there another solution?

Your other threads about the same problem have been removed. It would be confusing to discuss the same issue in various threads, and it's more likely you'll get a helpful reply if there's only one thread about it.

To backup your Whatsapp chat history, go to the app, select Settings - Chats - Chat Backup - Backup Now. Make sure your internet connection is reliable and not too slow. The screenshot you're showing is from iCloud, not in the app itself.
