Apps removed from iphone still exist in itunes

Is there a setting to fix this meaning that when you delete an app on iphone it will be gone from itunes as well

iTunes will have it as purchased/downloaded and there is no way for iTunes to delete it out of that section.

There is a way if you do it manually. Check out the picture

That deletes it from the iTunes library on your computer, but not from your iTunes purchased list, which is stored on Apple servers.

It clearly does state "iTunes Library" not "Apple Servers" so I agree with Scifan.

Turn them off in iTunes when your phone is connected. Apps tab
