Application for construction project management

Hi all, I run a project management company in the construction industry. We have 50 trades working at 50 different domestic locations at any one time. I have 5 project managers running all of these trades. I am after an application for both iphone and or Ipad that does the following: 1: stores and shares trade details-phone numbers-emails etc. 2: has the ability to run a centralized calendar that each project manager can upload what trade is where. (the reason is so when out on the road, our PM's wont call trades who are already booked and, we can keep a handle on things from a management point of view as we will know where each trade is on any given day). I hope this exists. Thanks

Me personally, we use Google for everything work related, Google Calender, Google Docs, etc. You can always create a group with contact info and such in your Phone.app.
