Just yesterday we reported that a bug in, but not limited to, iOS 9.3 has become popular amongst iOS users. The bug causes apps to freeze in apps like Safari, Chrome, Mail and more when clicking web links.

Confirmed by TechCrunch on Tuesday, Apple is well aware of the bug and is currently working on a fix. "We are aware of this issue and we'll release a fix in a software update soon," said a spokesperson at Apple.

Folks on Twitter and other social media have confirmed that the bug can be found on older versions of iOS as well. Some users have even reported that clicking on links simply doesn't do anything.

Hopefully the bug won't take too long to fix and we'll soon see a possible iOS 9.3.1.

Not for my 5S.
Been at Apple Store, demonstrated the issues, was told to update with 9.3.1
Phone still locks up in apps and safari and/or links using safari.
Is 5 SE experiencing these issues?
(Or even 6 and up phones?)
