This is an EE epic fail.
EE is currently the only UK cell provider supporting phone free calling and data on the Apple Watch series 3.
My company has 5000 staff in the UK contracted on an EE business account.
Many other UK companies have EE business accounts.
Apple must be very disappointed that EE is excluding such a large portion of the UK market from potential Watch series 3 sales.
