This morning, Apple kicked off its 'Hey Siri' event at San Francisco's Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. Unlike previous events where Apple goes into numbers on how business is going, the company decided to start off by talking about the Apple Watch.
Most of the chatter was in regards to features we saw at WWDC, how ever there was one statistic that caught our eye. Apple's Jeff Williams announced on stage that the Apple Watch now supports over 10,000 applications.
We think this is nuts, especially since the Apple Watch was just released to the public in April. However, after all these months as an Apple Watch owner, I still have yet to find a reason on why I actually need one in my life.
