Tuesday marks the day when Apple has stopped signing iOS 8.2 via iTunes update. So what does this mean?

Well it's mostly bad news for the Jailbreaking community, or folks who had hoped to Jailbreak in the near future. Apple ceasing signatures on iOS 8.2 means that folks on older firmwares, or newer firmwares, will no longer be able to install 8.2 on any iOS devices.

iOS 8.2 beta was the latest firmware able to be Jailbroken, using the tool created by the Pangu team. Unfortunately, folks looking to Jailbreak an iOS device will most likely need to wait until iOS 9 is released and exploits are found.
