Back in May 2007, Apple announced a service to its customers called One to One respectively. The One to One service allowed recent Apple customers to pay an annual subscription and in return receive personal Apple product training.

Folks with a subscription would set up an appointment and receive a personal tutor for a certain amount of time at an Apple Store. The service seemed to be doing fine, but on Thursday, MacRumors confirmed that Apple is currently phasing out the subscription service.

The cancellation of the program is likely due to Apple wanting to focus more on group training. Group training allows the company to use less employees and hit a wider range of people. It is important to note that Apple does, and has been, providing a plethora of workshops open to the public for free.
