Apple Repair on Jailbroken Device

My iPhone 4S 64gb is in need of a new screen. I have an appointment scheduled with Apple for a repair. My phone is not under warranty; this will be a cash transaction.

I know Apple will refuse warranty service on any jailbroken devices.

However,

Will Apple refuse a repair on a non-warrantied AND jailbroken device when the customer is willing to pay cash?
