Apple iOS 10.1.1 help

Hi
I have the newest version iOS 10.1.1 on my iPhone 6 Plus 16 GB. but every time I connect my iPhone to my computer my iTunes Version 12.5.3 and that is the newest version when it opens up I get this I have tried to uninstall and reinstall iTunes with no luck. And able please tell me how to fix this? Thank you
