Apple ID for App store, NOT ME, how do I cjange

I can not log in to App store, because it is asking for the password for someone else's Apple ID
how do I change this,, so I can log into app store with my apple ID???

I was able to log into the iTunes acct
I synced the iPhone and changed the name of the iPhone
It is an iPhone 4 that I bought from a friend
nothing wrong with the phone

Settings>store>apple id and sign out

the only ID there is mine.....
I tried to log out/in again anyways
didnt resolve the issue

Try restore and setup as new iPhone rather than backup

Make sure when your on iTunes your signed in on your account

thats what is strange to me
It shows Im signed in the iTunes acct
but cant get in the App store
could u b a lil more specific with the restore/setup

Hook up the iPhone to your pc, select restore in iTunes

At some point it will ask to restore as new iPhone

When finished it will be restored to factory settings and you can enter your apple id

I messed up
decided to just restore the phone
so I could just start new with all my things and passwords and what not
had no idea it would completely wipe out the major stuff
i cant get in my phone and it doesnt recognize the SIM in iTunes
its a phone from the states, (with a SIM card from dominican republic)
I dont have the original SIM, which it si asking for
I started a new thread for help
oh well...
