Apple ID and iCloud question

I have an iPod Touch 4g and my husband just got an iPhone 4. So far he's been using my Apple ID, so my question is with this this new iCloud coming, he would have to get his own Apple ID right? Also can he take everything he wants from my iTunes, put it on his phone and then transfer it to his Apple ID?

I believe you should be good as you are as the report with icloud is that it will support up to 9 devices so you can use the same login on both devices

My concern has another element to the OP. My wife would love to access my apps and iTunes on her iPhone but how do we each have unique email addresses for email and iMessage?
