Jepit is a Cydia Tweak that will add an animation to your device when you are switching between apps. You have the choice of which animation you want by choosing it through the settings app. This animation will show every single time you switch apps using the App Switcher. The settings also give you the ability to adjust the speed settings. You can find Jepit in the Cydia Store under the ModMyi repo for $1.59.
