App can't restore back

Hey , I got one iPhone 3GS after update to iOS 5.1 , all of my app can't get it back. When want download for app store but need me pay it , I paid before already. Anyone know what happen on it.

The app store is acting like you are using the incorrect login credentials. I would recommend signing out of the Store and then log back in.
