Any way to amplify the conversation during ongoing call?

Hello,
Some of my clients can not talk loud enough, I need to amplify some ongoing calls, I tried the hearing aid, but it does not help the ongoing calls, I have no idea how to amplify ongoing calls, can you help me with that?

Have you tried using the volume buttons to control the volume of an incoming call?

Sometimes the simple answer is the best answer. You'd be surprised how many questions we get for "no sound" and the OP doesn't know about the mute switch! Many people don't realize that you have to operate the volume buttons DURING the call to increase or decrease the call volume.

I have a Sound Flow wireless audio device and I also have a speaker that I can plug in to the audio port. Both amplify conversation on speaker.
