Are there any known memory leaks for either "official" iOS apps or some Cydia tweaks? I've noticed that in the last 12 hrs. my iPhone 4S has had a growing "Memory / Used" value (as displayed in SystemTools app): around 75% last night, and around 80-90% right now. I did close all apps beforehand, and also noticed a significantly increased battery drain in this period.
I know a reboot will probably solve this, but it's good to know about possible causes. I haven't noticed any unusual running tasks, though (but then again -- is there a list somewhere, where one can check which tasks are usually run on an idle iPhone?).
