Animated wallapaper?

When will apple introduce animated wallpaper to the iPhone 4 etc, without jailbreaking????

Let me guess!!! Ah well never say never but as for this one it's never. Pure and simple. If you haven't noticed it, then know that Apple is not fun of themes, gadgets, widgets, but the theme might change along the time and widget and gadget might find their way to enter iOS, still no room for animated themes or wall papers.

i like live wallpapers too,they are a battery killer mind,i have them on my android phone and while theyr exciting at first the novelty soon wears off so I'm getting iphone4s anyway.

Live wallpapers introduce two issues. Battery drainage without any benefit to the user and speed decrease in the user interface due to its nature.

Apple flat out refuses to let either one of those issue to occur with their OS. It's one of the reason I switched to iOS after being on Android for 13 months.
