IF you had a tethered JB on 5.0.1, and then preformed a untethered JB with Redsnow B1 or B2, and you notice icons out of folders, or cydia tweaks not working this is why!
"Update #3: The b3 version of redsn0w fixes a problem where re-running redsn0w over an existing jailbreak would cause MobileSubstrate-based apps to stop running until MS was installed again. Now you can re-run the redsn0w jailbreak step without worrying about that (but still remember to de-select the Install Cydia option if its already installed)."
Even if you re Jailbreak with B3, the same problem will persist (or at least with me)
FIX
Reinstall Mobile substrate from Cydia, and respring!
This should fix the problem!
