About Re-intalling the iOS Via Red Snow

When I am About to Restore my 3GS to the same 6.1.3 iOS Via Redsn0w(1 of the Forum member told me to do via redsn0w coz itz error free), It prompts me whether to save the baseband or not, Which option i must select?? Yes / No. Whats Baseband
My 3GS is factory unlocked.
Does the latest Redsn0w Vesrion Recogonize the 6.1.3????
Please Help me out.

If it's factory unlocked you don't need to preserve your baseband, and RedSn0w will still give you errors. Since it's the latest version of your iOS already, just use iTunes and DFU mode to restore.
