Hi i go at **Moderated**/ i give my IMEI Code, and i checked my phone, and it says:

Simlock status: Locked
Warranty to: 26.01.2013

Does after this date, my iphone will unlocked ?

No. Warranty and unlocking are completely different things. Your device will not automatically unlock itself. You have to either pay for the service online or get it from your carrier if they do unlocks.
