About Downgrading

The Picture below is my iPhone 4.Its on Cydia Screen

I hav quite BLobs to go back to the Previous iOS versions
my doubt is how can i go back to particular iOS version
Help ME!!!

Use RedSn0w 0.9.15 beta 3. Then head over to Extras > Even More > Restore and restore.

I can't confirm since your picture is corrupted and isn't showing. Either ways, the IPSW must match the SHSH blobs that you have. If you don't have blobs for an iOS, you can't restore to it.
