spyware xcodeghost virus hacking stalking

I was recently informed by Lookout that my IPhone 5c has the XCODEGHOST virus on it. I am also pretty confident that I have some sort of spyware on it that is changing my email passwords, reading text & email messages & listening to phone conversations. I would really appreciate any help I can...
