Took it to an Apple store, and they said it was toast. Filed a claim with AT&T with the insurance I pay for and it was replaced. She lost all of the photos, due to them not being backed up to the cloud. Contacts, texts, ect came over from cloud storage.

She never backed up to her iTunes as far as she knows. She has a MacBook, not sure if things sync with each other. I did look at her photo album, and the recent vacation pics were not on it. She is going to take it to an Apple store to see if they may be able to recover them.

I will be returning my lifeproof case, WAY to many issues with it, I even exchanged it for the latest and greatest version, and its still is not good. I don't like the bulk of the Otterbox, so what else is out there that's not too Bulkey but lets the phone operate as it should. Thanks!

Well, after several days of use, the screen is not settling, and just about everybody I talk to on the phone can't hear me. This case is a nice idea, but it just does not function. I am probably going to return it.

I got my reacement, it's better but the screen still sits a bit funny. I have read to give it a week to settle, so we shall see. But it no longer vibes and rattles.
